Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups
My time was 10:43 I wanted 10:30 but I was spent because I had finished the chin-up workout about 20 minutes before. However, I feel real good for running 4.2 miles this morning and doing two crossfit workouts in one hour.
Jenni finished in 11:30 she started with a 15 lb kettle bell but switched and did her last two rounds using the 20 lb bell. She also did modified hand stand push-ups.
