For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile
Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.
1st Mile = 7:08.38
Sit-ups, Back extensions = 4:57.12 (50 sit-ups + 50 back extensions + 50 sit-ups + 50 back extensions)
2nd Mile = 7:53.12
Overall time = 19:58
The sit-ups were easier than I thought they would be and the back extensions were harder than I thought they would be, but all in all, I think I went pretty quick through that. To get faster, I need to run faster, especially on the first mile.
