This got me well over 90% but I know I can deadlift way over 320lbs. I could have lifted the 315 but felt something in my back and put it down. Did not want to push it as I have been feeling so good.
Speed Tier = Cleans at 115lbs
Volume Tier = KB swing @ 70lbs - 25, 26, 30
