15 foot rope climb, 5 ascents
21 Ring dips
50 Squats

Time- 18:58

I shouldn't have talk so much during work out. Could have been faster. I will cash out so to feel better.

135 thrusters and 400s

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Thruster, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

Time- 34:04

I have lost strength since workout schedule was disrupted. That needs to me my focus. Today my 400s were slower due to snow and slush.

However, it is good to be back in workout mode.
