Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions
15 rounds + 10 wall ball + 2 GHD Sit-ups
Did not get too excited just kept pumping things out at a steady pace. Never stopped and all unbroken. Not a hard WOD but would have to find some way to get faster to get 16 rounds.
