Time - 4:59
I recorded this on my blog back in March of last year with a time of 6:58 which would be a big PR but those were bar Muscle-ups and a lot different. I did PR today in doing 10 unbroken muscle-ups where my old record is 8. I did the rest one at a time except for once when I rested two long and had enough gas to string a couple together. To get a better time I need to do 11 or more unbroken and then string a few together after that as quickly as possible. After I was done I put on the 20lb vest and did a few. I really had to focus on bringing my arms together but I did get them done.
