"Badger"

Complete three rounds for time of:

95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

14:59

36:03

It has been a very long time since I posted.  All I remember is that the squat cleans killed me but I think my form did improve.  They did not hurt my back but I did feel some pain on the pull-ups.
