Find Max Push Jerk:
I started at 185 and just kept bumping up the weigth until I attempted 230 which I failed on. However, I nailed 225.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
155 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Deficit push-ups, hands on 25 pound plates
15 Box jumps, 24" box
I got seven rounds with the following splits:
1:10
1:28
1:39
2:10
2:10
2:01
1:32
Bogged down a little on the deadlifts but as a whole I feel real good.
