Weighted Pull-ups, Pull-ups, Kipps

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups,
45 pounds5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.Post time and number of sets to completion.

I have done this workout a few times but never timed. I was trying to do it in under 25 and just hardly made it. I would have been a little faster but on the back half I got to talking to Andy and started doing 8 kipps instead of 7.

Jenni did the little pup workout (3 assisted pull-ups and hang as long as possible) she was in a hurry so did 6 assisted pull-ups and a hang at the end to speed it up but she did not time it.
