"Back on the Wagon" summer workouts day 6

Been a few days since I posted so I don't remember if we had our morning walk.

After summer school:

Front Squat

155 x 10
175 x 8
195 x 6
215 x 4
225 x 2

I think this was the first metcon we had with Darin.  Good to have another guy hitting it with us.

15 S.D.H.P.
Rope Duck unders (zigzagging under rope for about 15 yards)
15 KB Swings
25 crunchs
40 Jabs into heavy bag (20 Left + 20 Right)

Don't remember my time.
