First day of Summer WOD

Summer is here and I can get back to posting.

Walked two miles with Jenni in the morning.

Did Power Matrix for shoulder press

110 x 8
115 x 5
125 x 3
140 x 1
140 x 1
140 x 1
115 x 5

Finished with following:

4 rounds for time of:

5 wall wall walks
down and back frog jumps (5 down, 5 back)
10 S.D.H.P. + Jerk of 95lbs
down and back plate pulls

I did it in 24:12

My core should be better, plate pulls got me.
