Summer "Back on the Wagon" Day 7

Started with Bench press (power matrix at 285 max)

185 x 8
215 x 5
225 x 3
260 x 1
260 x 1
260 x 1
215 x 1

This went well and I controlled bar to where I am confident I can move up a notch.

Metcon:

Five rounds of the following:

10 85lb thrusters
100lb farmer walk (Down and Back)
20 (10 + 10) tire slams  ( not sure but it could have been 40, 20+20)
70lb waiter walk
45lb plate push (Down and Back)
90 seconds rest (I think)

I lost my time on this one as well.
