Row or SDHP

Four rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Rest 3 minutes

Subed SDHP for the rowing (1SDHP=10 meters of rowing)

I pushed down the bar on the last three reps to speed up. Tried to change my form on the last round and slowed down a little.
