Pull-ups - Bench, sledgehammer, sprint, backpedal

Well I did not PR but I have gained about 5lbs from the last time I did this and that may have had something to do with it.  I do think I am getting a little stronger.

I went back a few hours later and did this football WOD:

10 rounds of:
Bodywight bench press  x 2  (I rounded up to 180)
10 sledgehammer swings right side
10 sledgehammer swings left side
20m sprint
20m backpedal

RD 1 = 1:01
RD2 = 1:23
RD3 = 1:37
RD4 = 1:13
RD5 = 1:19
RD6 = 1:32
RD7 = 1:13
RD8 = 1:16
RD9 = 1:29
RD10=:59

Total time was 13:02.72
Fun little WOD.  I rotated the three bars and the third bar was the man maker.  That is why rounds 3,6, and 9 are slower.
