400, Squat snatch, HSPU

Three rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
75 pound Squat snatch, 15 reps
9 Handstand push-ups

We did not have time to warm-up on this one.  I am afraid it will be like that too much during track season.  I am glad I got to work on squat snatch Sunday.  It made a difference.  I just wish it was faster.
