Behind neck jerk - Tabata Sledgehammer Strikes & Burpees

I had no idea where to start.  It was easier than I thought so I just kept going.  I focused harder after I failed and then 225 and 230 seemed easy.  I am pretty sure I could have gotten more but I wanted to end on a good note.  Just setting a baseline on this one.  I also needed time to do another WOD.  I got this on CrossfitfootballL

Tabata Sledgehammer Strikes

Rest 1 minute
Tabata Burpees
Rest 1 minute

This is how I did:

Tabata Sledgehammer Strikes 12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12 = 12

Rest 1 minute
Tabata Burpees 8-8-8-7-7-7-7-7 = 7
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sledgehammer Strikes14-14-14-14-14-14-14-14 = 14

First round of Strikes should have been better.  I did not warm-up and work on the quick switch from left to right arms and back.  I can defiantly improve here.  Burpees sucked but manageable and last round of sledgehammer was tough.  This is a fun WOD.  Ron we should do this one together some time.  Hope you are catching a bunch of fish!

  1. Fishing was sub par but the weather Saturday was nasty. Better fishing Sunday though. Sounds like a great one.
