Sumo Deadlift high-pull, Overhead squat

21-15-9 reps of:

95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull
95 pound Overhead squat

Time - 3:25

I had to jump into this one after getting a call from Jenni to come home to help with crazy fussy kids.  I do not think it is a bad time but I do think I can do better.  Obviously, no time for anything extra today.
